You’ll be asked to fill in the following particulars. 

1. Name 
2. Website
3. Location, to specify where the company is based 
4. Category, to mention which industry is it from architecture to interiors or product design
5. The size of the team
6. Your position in the company, you can be anyone from the founder to the intern.
